As an organizational consultant, I offer strategic-planning support to nonprofit and organizations who want to amplify impact, such as clarifying mission or refreshing programming.

My goal is to help you develop a clear framework and vision for advancing the organization through comprehensive strategic planning. I am your person if you need support to:

·      Refresh or clarify key components (e.g., programming, fundraising, governance)

·      Stand out in grant applications or write fundraising appeals

I also consult with nonprofit professionals around personal leadership development and career development. 

I blend personal and professional approaches to help nonprofit professionals do task-oriented work. I provide one-on-one support for skills like 1) team building and collaboration; 2) cultivating and sustaining key relationships (e.g., board, donors, staff); and 3) expanding supervisory, communication, and  change management skills.

I offer custom packages that allow clients to set the duration and scope of our work together. Clients typically book for 3–6 sessions and then we touch base to see if more sessions are required.
